Royal Couriers offers reliable courier services, including package pickup, transportation, and delivery within and around the Nashville, TN area. Clients may request services via our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. All service requests are subject to acceptance by Royal Couriers. Charges are based on the type, size, and distance of the package. Payment is due upon service completion. Failure to pay will result in additional fees and service restrictions .We strive to meet delivery timelines; however, factors such as traffic and weather may affect delivery times. Expedited services are available with additional charges. Clients are responsible for ensuring packages comply with legal and safety regulations. Clients are are also agree to not hold Royal Couriers liable for any damages, that occur during in transits or in our care ,or any taxes or fees for late shipments or delivery. Royal Couriers reserves the right to refuse packages that violate regulations at anytime. Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items. Clients can track the status of their packages through our tracking system. Notifications will be sent for key delivery milestones. Clients must provide accurate package information. Clients must be available at the designated delivery location. Cancellation requests must be made within a specified timeframe. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Royal Couriers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Services may be restricted in certain areas or during adverse conditions. Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data security measures are in place to protect client information. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee.
